Argyll Mediation has no waiting list.

As at 24 August 2023, Northern Rivers Interrelate has a bit of a wait: if you rang today, the first appointment for intake (the first step of 4 steps) is 21 September 2023, about a month away. After you have attended that, they send a letter to the other parent inviting them to mediation. If the other parent agrees to attend mediation, they then schedule in an intake appointment, which could be another month away. Once the other parent has attended intake, you are both scheduled into attend separate half day seminars called Parents Not Partners. Once you have both attended one of these, then you are scheduled in for mediation. It will be a few months before you can sit down and attempt resolution!

Argyll Mediation respects that you need resolution for your issues asap. We invite the other parent when you ask – today, if you want. You’ll know the same day sometimes if the other parent is willing to attend mediation. If they aren’t, the certificate is issued and you can progress your matter through the courts. If the other parent agrees to mediation, Argyll Mediation schedules in pre-mediation (intake) within a few days or when it is convenient to you. Then we do the same with the other party. Mediation is scheduled within weeks on a mutually convenient date and venue.

Argyll Mediation conducts parenting and property mediations, with or without solicitors, online or in person. You pay a set price for pre-mediation, mediation and drafted agreements. Room hire is the only extra.

That’s why we say we’re: Fast. Flexible. Affordable.
