Argyll offers Children’s Contact Service for supervised visits with children in and around Tenterfield, NSW and Stanthorpe, QLD.
You will be asked to provide court orders or a parenting plan, a copy of the AVO/DVO if there is one, and the contact details of the parent who the child lives with.
I will meet with the child/ren, you and the other parent in two separate sessions. Once those two meetings are done, and supervised contact is found to be suitable and safe for all parties, we can arrange visits and the payment method.
You will be asked to sign a code of conduct, which is your agreement that you will behave in a way that is safe for your child, the supervisor and you.
Tess is a former Registered Nurse with paediatric experience, as well as a former solicitor with family law experience. She is an accredited family law mediator and has over 50 hours of relevant post grad training.
